Bust? Come on man. He had some real decent seasons. I think people are delusional about how difficult it is to be one of 32 starting QBs in the NFL. How many Heisman winning QBs didn’t translate that to NFL? Some just need the right fit and right team. Look at Geno Smith. Wentz and Lance still have legitimate chances to play again. Shouldn’t we be cheering for FCS players?

Until they end up getting the core of a multiple winning Super Bowl team like Dallas in the Herschel Walker deal it's purely hypothetical. This is from a 60+ year Viking fan so though I never knew Bo I do know disappointment. :lol: :lol: :lol:

With the QB carousel the way it is in the NFL who knows. Teams get pretty desperate to find a decent QB, the Bears haven't found one for almost 40 years now. He's still pretty young and won't cost much in a year. Drafting a QB has to be a front office nightmare with a few notable exceptions.
