Tough decision awaits Idaho athletics

Idaho is not going to come back to the Big Suck A$$ conference. Not while its FCS at least.

Don't be so sure. I hear they are very seriously considering it.

If they do then it would have to be the last choice available other than dropping football entirely. There is truely nothing to gain by joining the big sky. there are ZERO revenues to be had in this conference.

Speaking of crimes, can anyone on the Idaho BOR be prosecuted for thinking that Idaho could keep up with the Boise State Jones, or that Idaho wouldn't have been seen as a joke of the FBS division?

The SBOE should be prosecuted for forcing Idaho to stay in the Big Sky because BSU and ISU didn't want us to leave them behind. They f***ked us in the 70's and we're still trying to recover.

We are the only conference with a playoff semifinalist in each of the last 4 years. I'd say we already wear that crown.

Yeah, right, like any governing body would ever consider other schools when making a decision about a particular school's athletics. Just imagine if something like that ever happened?

Hammer....I didn't realize that you are the expert on the matter. Where in my post did I say anything about moving up? I've stated clearly in many recent posts that I don't see us moving up ever, unless, there is a mandate by the NCAA.

Vandals will have to move down. I really doubt that we will see them be able to produce a strong or winnable schedule as an independent, let alone if they can schedule many games at all. At least if they move down to FCS they will be able to guarantee games to their players & fans.
