"touchdown" tommy merlot

Nobody is worked up. Cats appear to be a great team, albeit inferior to the Griz ;), and TD Tommy has outperformed expectations so far. JMU is a complete team that can play special teams, defense and can both run and sling it. I don't see anybody beating them, but I guess they play these games for a reason since crazy things can happen on any given day. I think the cats have a 50/50 chance of winning at home in the semis. But I don't seem them beating either NDSU or JMU in the chipper.

I guess we will have to just sit back and watch- that’s what us fans do best

.....AND post on your rival's message board 20 or 30 times a day gushing about your team that has its own board (Cat Grope Nation) but doesn't allow any similar banter to yours from rival fans.

Shouldn't you be over there guessing the attendance, hoping for 20,000 :thumb: (XXX% of "capacity"), reading about where Tory Andersen had breakfast and lunch today, and figuring out why/how all your students will start piling out of town Saturday morning rather than hanging around for one day and watching their team host a semifinal game?

Wow. Bitter party of 1. 😂

Btw he went to a nice spot downtown for breakfast this morning we found out, thanks for asking! Lunch we are still discussing.

Mallet is a nice QB for the Cats, we didn't want him, so everyone should be happy. Now end this thread it shouldn't be on our board anyway

Agree. He wouldn't be a QB.

still believe this? I think he is going to develop into something very special.

I think he proved today that he is very special. SDSU had plenty of film on him and they couldn’t stop him. Brings memories of Travis Lulay.

yup and I said this after his first start and most did not see it that way. Wish we had him and I think he would be playing qb for us too.

No I think we would have turned him into a hell of linebacker. Lol

he made some good passing reads I think he will do better then people think.

I disagree. He is not currently a D1 QB. I am not saying he can't be, but he is just not capable of making the required throws...right now. His coaches know it.

We will be in trouble if he keeps developing don't you think? I suppose his coaches are sweating buckets worried about him not being a D1 QB....

Watching him run vs watching Brown run is like watching a runner vs Ichabod Crane.

Congrats to the Cats, and congrittens to the kittens!

That was fun to watch.

Please take down the bisons. That would be even more fun. :thumb:

With his talents, doubtful if he will be a Bobcat 4 years. Someone will steal him and make him a multi-millionaire.

Tommy watching a full stadium of ndsu fans in Frisco will shock him.

seeing This D Line and 3 blitzing LBs from NDSU will have his head spinning. This Defense watches QB draws & QB runs everyday in practice from our crap O.Coord..
