Seriously. Was surprised no Griz mentioned here...This might be the best returning position group.
 
Considering how last year went when we were getting all the love and preseason hype, I think I’ll take the doubters and the role of dark horse heading into the season without a target.

I literally don't even read his $hit anymore. It's amazing; 25 years ago the FCS had perhaps one of the best, most-knowledgeable college football writer in the country. Ever since then, it has gotten progressively worse with each and every new writer, to the point that we're stuck with this guy.

You nailed that one. Herder is incredibly weak, and sometimes very bad. There were actually a couple very good FCS writers right in a row. With all of the access to info that Herder has, I don't understand how some of his articles and analyses are so weak.
 
Good players on teams that finish sixth in their conference rarely get the recognition they deserve.
