William and Mary is mediocre at best.

Delaware on the other hand doesn't seem to be sucking (for a change). Their only loss is to #6 Penn State

Agreed. In fact, the game might have gone the other way, if the W&M coach hadn't stubbornly refused to try even one pass in four tries from the Virginia 8 yard line. And nothing tricky in the way of running plays ... just pound the rock and hope to bull it in. Nope, over on downs after a 4th and 2. Had they scored, that would have tied it up. Who can tell what might have happened from there?
