Sorry let me dumb it down for you freaking plebeians, you were the only racists' in this thread by assuming inner city kids mean black kids.

You're all so worried about being politically correct, you can't simply look at the players that have gotten into trouble after coming to UM, and embarrassed them off the field, and come to an obvious conclusion.

Have you ever talked to any of these players from the 'inner-city'? In any educated circle, the way they speak would indicate illiteracy.

I don't know, man. That sounds pretty racist.

The only thing racist (thinking one race is superior to another) is insinuating all inner-city (lower income neighborhoods) kids that come to Montana are a certain race.

I thought it'd be appropriate to throw in those definitions since you seem to be having trouble grasping some of this.

That really makes no sense. Also, your definition of "inner-city" could use some work.

anyhow......let's ignore the knuckleheads and talk football. That would be fun.

Gamboa is apparently out for three games for his offseason transgressions.

Back to the subject at hand, e-Griz Supporters had Takai, Gamboa, Bo Harris, and Greenberg suspended for the game early this week.
Note to players: there's a new sheriff in town, and his name is Mick Delaney.

There is nothing wrong with a coach running a tight ship.

Oh I'm so sorry, I should have said densely populated neighborhoods, because most neighborhoods in cities are so sparse.

Definition of INNER CITY (Merriam-Webster)
: the usually older, poorer, and more densely populated central section of a city

Hmm, I must have read it wrong. I thought you defined inner-city as "lower income neighborhoods."

Folks are gonna have to face facts. These kids that are in to all this boom boom rap gang music stuff are dragging this program down along with there pants around their knees. They even pull some of our own kids into it. My oldest grandson is a good boy but he been listening to that crap and now he even talks like an afromerican. Absolutely humiliating to lower yourself to their level but it must be 'cool' when your college student age. Mark my word stop recruiting around the cities and the suspensions will stop.
1952 called gramps, they miss you dearly.

1952? Actually, Bear Bryant didn't integrate Alabama football until the 1971 season. After three or four crappy years in the late 60's, and an "ass kicking" at the hands of Sam Cunningham and USC on national TV during the 1970 season, the Ol' man gave in to recruiting black players. Are Ray and Wolf Man really suggesting a return to that "model" for Griz Football? Nice comments fellas LOL.

Because Canada is from West Covina:

And Van is from this part of San Diego:

Jones is from Spanaway, WA:

And Goodwin is from Murretta. Hotter than hell, but lots of avocado trees:

Missoula is more of a city than some of these places. Mean streets, eh?

Inner city? Lol.

STFU the minority with the racist pathetic remarks. Joking or not, they should be said. No matter where these players are from, they bust their ass for the university. They do more in their time there than most of us will do in a lifetime for it.

Back to topic, the defense only gets a better and deeper with the return of Takai, Gamboa, etc. I just hope these players learned their lesson, and become a little better people because of the discipline.

This. The defense is staunch and now add Takai - damn they could just harass the hell out of teams. Sure is a nice start after all the handwringing last year. I hope you are right and a lesson was learned. Must have sucked for TT watching that game and not being able to play.

Guess I was right to begin with. Ray you ARE an idiot!
I want to be clear that neither of these idiots represent my views.
Both of you all are about a ignorant as they come. Shameful!
