The same Cougars who scored 108 in an OT win against Oregon two nights ago. The PAC-12 Network folks are already touting him as hands down the conference's coach of the year. Mike Montgomery doing color a couple nights ago mentioned Wayne, Krysko and Jud Heathcote at length. Viewers probably had good reason to wonder if Montana isn't some kind of basketball coaching factory.

No doubt about it though. After losing four key players from Barry's brother-in-law's 2013-14 team, what Wayne has done to go 12 - 5, including a win over Arizona, is nothing short of amazing. Couldn't happen to a better guy...and a helluva coach. :thumb:

I agree tip. Great start to the year for Wayne and the defense he has the Beavs playing is top notch. They are holding some good teams to very low offensive output

I watched part of the Utah-Arizona State game the other night (the Utes clobbered 'em) and the analysts mentioned what great jobs Tinkle and coach K were doing and the Montana connection.
