Tinkle mentioned in ESPN's Best of the Rest

That was great. Kind of funny how certain egrizzers thought he was a bad hire and could not coach.

Even better, Morrill and Taylor listed also. 3 of 5 have been GRIZ coaches.

Expect to see Will Cherry and Qvale show up on various lists by season's end this year. In Cherry's case, the next few years.
 
It surprises me, though, the difference between now and then. Tinkle's biometrics seems to hold up quite well for such a stressful vocation, so far. I hope Taylor holds up as well. He was much thinner in his playing days for the Griz. I hope the strain of some extra weight doesn't drag his health down.
 
Exxxxxxcellent! Congratulations to Wayne (and also to former Griz coaches Stew and Blaine!). It's great to see Montana getting some respect on the national scene.
 
Blaine needs to cut back on 2 things, food and whatever he is coloring that hair with! Dude has hair the color of a 21 year old, but he looks as if he is about to qualify for The Biggest Loser show. Taylor can coach though!! :thumb:
 
Congrats Tinkle!!! Gotta love a coach that walks through the tailgates talking to anyone who approaches him.
