Well, there is just about enough data on the two respective Quarterbacks to see some differences.
Over the two year period, Chad Chalich's Quarterback Rating is 29% higher than Brady's, 175 vs. 135.
However, Chad's Chalich's QBR for 2016 has improved 108% over his 2015 rating; Brady has improved just 12%. For 2016, Chad has averaged (over just two games) 268, compared to Brady's 148. The difference this year is that Chad's QBE is 80% higher than Brady's. That's just two games' worth, but ...
