I am going to give you your "pretty costumes" thread and give the griz at least something to be proud of!! Good lord!!

Very early to be talking smack, but it is unfortunately the hallmark of the Cat program. Talk big, produce little. Get to the semis atleast and I for one will really start to pay attention. Win the BSC - I guess that is nice and up for grabs currently, but I prefer deep playoff runs and a shot at the NC game. Keep talking smack, hell that keeps the board interesting. Griz D needs some work. The cats may need plenty themselves. After all you have not played anyone worthwhile yet anyway.

Are you really asking that? It is what it is, and that is the way some seasons go, but given the number of injuries that the cats have sustained, especially at the beginning of the season, it takes a few games to get rotational players into the starting role, and players that were not expected to play much into a rotational role. I am glad that the Cats have the depth they do, otherwise their season could be looking like EWU's did in 2011.

Yup...they were. I also thought last week's road combo was the best overall (but we probably won't wear them again as we all know what happened).

We're just biding our time. The annual Cat early round playoff loss by 30 points is several months away and I want to let the anticipation build. Could be worse this year with the way McGhee is playing :lol:

Well by the looks of it, you will be watching it from your living room wishing the griz had recruited a secondary....

Unlike JJ and the UM, DM does not have to carry the team. When the starting Defense gives up an average of less than 5 points per game in conference play, the Offense can rest a bit easier.... :thumb:

Your basing MSU on a couple conference wins, one against powerhouse UND, the other against NAU whose only notable win was against us, whom many of you consider to be "mediocre" "playing over their heads" "nowhere good as you think you are".

Obviously by the point margins of the Cat wins, you have a point... But MSU was tasked with having to blow out NAU just to save face for all of Montana... Cleaning up after the Griz this year might be a bit of a "REDEMPTION TOUR" for the Cats.... :thumb:
