This post cracked me up

SFA is definitely tougher than Liberty.

But c'mon, a DII and a nonscholarship in the same year? That's a pretty weak non-con schedule, particularly when the other DI school is mediocre at best.

No disagreement...I'm just pointing out that if griz fans expect MSU to be 10-0 going into the brawl then UM should be no worse than 9-1.

I think the cats have a good team but do you really expect to win the conference with that O-line? only one of them has ever started and several undersized freshman. No disrespect but it all starts up front.

I've not made any perfections. I believe it was a couple griz fans who were predicting msu to be undefeated heading into the brawl.

Though I would say, msu's ol situation is on par with um's qb situation, which is equally as important.

I haven't made any perfections either. I'm working on it, but I think it will be a long time till I get there.

...I'd be thrilled if they were humbled by Chadron State...

That won't happen. One this is a better team than 2006, two Kramer isn't the coach (he never seemed to be able to get the team ready for DII games) and three this isn't the same Chadron team that came to Bozeman in 2006.

But the real question this year is whether Northern Colorado is a better team than they were in 2007. We all know who's not...OL? What's that?..not another one of those cupcakes, is it?

Cupcaked?..more like in getting pancaked!!!

I wonder what good o' Denar would say when asked the question:.."What's it like to constantly hand the ball off to those DEs, LBs and Safety blitz's all day?" - They're in the backfield more so than the you know what. How's that supposed to work?

outside of the Brawl which is a draw reguardless of the year because lets be honest, isht happens in that game

4 cat wins out of the last 25 years tells me they gotta do better then that before I call it a draw. Their pct. in the rivalry is a meager .339....

Go back to the first year of Div I-aa and they sport a .211 winning pct.

You can do what cat fans do and pretend the past doesn't exist until they get their rare W. Then the past exists but just one year of it. Only then can they convince themselves they have 50/50 odds

I'm predicting a 4-1 Montana edge the next 5 years.

Oh, I am well aware of all of the numbers involved I'm referring to them beating some great teams with lesser squads and last year where they were supposed to be amazing and we trounced them. Merely saying isht happens in that game.

Out of shear curiosity: Why would you predict that?

a. Based on statistics?
b. Based on current rosters?
c. Because you are a Griz fan?
d. Some other reason?

No smack intended in this question....

D McGhee won't ever lose to the griz again. Sorry hammer.
Hahaha- so Growler will be correct in his prediction that D.M. will be knocked out by Nov 17? Only way he never loses to the Griz again is if he doesn't play.....

Bobby and pflu both lost to the cats their first year.

Hopefully Mick will continue that tradition.

So that's what 'scat fans are reduced to? Hoping we get a new coach every other year?

He may not lose the game for the Cats, but your undersized defensive & offensive lines will. :thumb:
