Tim is a good assistant coach but in my mind I don't think he would make the best head coach. He shy's away from the limelight and is not a big talker. I am not sure that would translate well here at Montana. In fact for the people that think Bobby isn't personable enough he is way more charismatic than Tim. Only sister Katie has more outwardly charisma, she is most personable of all of them, such a sweetheart.
