So a woman in Britain fakes 11 rape accusations, which is proof that Doe is faking this one?

That's the same logic saying Beau Donaldson was a Griz football player accused of rape who was found guilty, so therefor JJ is also guilty.

Am I saying there's no possibility that she's faking it? Of course not, but some of you are really jumping off the deep end here.

No, Beau was not found guilty. He admitted guilt which is much different. Also i highly doubt he was being serious about this being proof she is lying...it seems the proof of that is being displayed daily in court.

What I'm saying with this is that there are people out there that think the other side of this argument doesn't exist but here it is in ONE example... Trying to bring those on here down to earth that think people don't make shit up "just because"...I have kids that make shit up regularly to get something they want... The concept is not foreign...

there are certainly cases of rape being falsely reported, however it is more common that cases of actual rape go unreported due to the character assassination like has been displayed by several fizz fans on this board.

I figured that's what you were trying to say, but the Donaldson flip side works equally well for the other side.

And yeah, Donaldson wasn't "found" guilty, he was guilty, just like there's a possibility that JJ is guilty, too.

Seriously, I don't disagree with anyone that says JJ probably will be found not guilty, but it has everything to do with the prosecution not eliminating doubt or giving proof that JJ knew he was having sex without consent.

I'll be the first to admit I was wrong if it comes out, but I'm almost positive she's not faking this.

No.

I'm saying that this girl feels like she's been raped. I'm only trying to give a reason as to why she decided to take this trial all the way through, instead of saying "she's obviously faking it. There's no other reason this case went to trial".

It's not rape if JJ believed he was having consensual sex, and she never gave him a clear reason to believe otherwise.
 
Well, they're both "all in"......and somebody gets to live the lie. Helluva life ahead for both.
