Considering the success of their program, SDSU doesn't seem to have a whole lot of fans. That board is half dead.

I was just thinking the same thing. It's amazing how they've built such a powerhouse program in, of all places, Brookings, South Dakota.

USD isn’t too shabby this year as well. Corn and beef are a recipe for success. No, I am not talking about those two items as commodities. More like fuel for the hogs.

SDSU also has the same advantage only the Dakota and Montana FCS schools have in that they are the big sports team in their state. They can recruit in stats kids who have always dreamed of playing for them. That is not the case at Northern Colorado or Sacramento State for example.
