Joe and Bobby. Robin's tenure was too short to see how it really would have panned out. Could have been awesome, could have been a downer.

Robin was only one season shorter than Joe but Joe did win an NC so that gives him the nod. I still say if RP was the coach this past season the Griz may very well be playing this weekend!

+1

Joe would be aghast to see his beloved Cadillac now with the engine pulled setting up on blocks in Royce's garage.

You guys buying in to Joe have been sold by his superb selling skilllllzzzzz.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!

I disagree. Joe Glenn is and always was the real deal - genuine, smart, truly devoted to his players' well-being.

I will give you the "smart" one. On the others, we will agree to disagree.
I tend to believe that there are many parallels between parenting and coaching. As a good friend of Joe's daughter, I spent a lot of time in the Glenn household as a kid. I was privy to his parenting style and also saw his focus and dedication to his players as a member of the Grizzly Football coaching staff in the'80s. Presuming that my theories regarding parenting and coaching are accurate, he is the real deal.

Yes he is the real deal. A good guy for sure, and great husband and father as well. I know his players loved him as well. I just wish he would have left UM for Wy a little better. I don't fault him for taking the payday, who wouldn't? Could have been done differently tho, IMO.

Lincoln? I hope we are recruiting that Kaczynski kid. I hear he is both explosive and elusive!!

Ha! I was playing cards with a guy at the Wilderness recently, and they apparently have a kid coming up with a cannon, but the tendency to airmail one, from time to time..

Dude could charm the spots off a leopard. Still not sure if he was a great coach or not. After 5 minutes with him I would be convinced he is the greatest coach that ever lived, tho.

I'll take Bobby. Why? Only coach UM ever had that hates the cats more than me! :thumb:

Joe and Robin can flip the coin.

Bingo!

I completely agree with Hammer on this and I've said it before and will say it again. I dont fault him for taking the bigger paycheck but he could have handled it differently!

If memory serves, I think there was more to the story behind the scenes with Glenn...something about the firing of Don Holst and issues that went back to the '80s coaching staff that Joe was a part of. I admit that it hurt my feelings when Joe left, and Bobby as well. As a true fan, it's hard to imagine just walking away and putting on new colors the following week. However, I don't hold it against either of them for moving on.

Only if Robin plays a MEAN CB or Safety.

the new Toyota Tundra engine block would work too

We need a female head coach! Now that would bring an end to all this baroo-haaah talk.

Bring in a female to straighten all you krackers out! For example: One of my ex wives.
