"North Dakota State soon will pull into a three-way tie with Ohio State and Alabama for the most quarterbacks drafted (five) since 2016: Carson Wentz (No. 2 pick in 2016), Easton Stick (2019 fifth-rounder), Trey Lance (No. 3 in 2021), Cam Miller (2025 sixth-rounder) and 2026 mid-round prospect Cole Payton. All five hailed from the Bison’s recruiting footprint, and all five are expected to be rostered as backups in 2026."

Oklahoma has had 6 qb drafted in that time frame Baker, Kyler, Jalen, Spencer Rattler, Caleb the nail painter and “DEI Dillon” Gabriel.

Let's see how that plays out moving forward. I doubt they will be able to develop players like they did at the FCS level. Maybe. There's nothing wrong with being Backup QB U.

Gemini says 3 drafted from OK. Some others drafted after leaving OK for other schools. Williams, Gabriel and Rattler for sure.

Mayfield, Murray and Hurts all transferred in and got drafted out of OU. Williams and Rattler started at OU but transferred out before being drafted. Gabriel played at UCF before and Oregon after Oklahoma. Pretty crazy regardless that 6 NFL qb played at OU at some point during their college career in the past 10 seasons. Just as crazy is that 0/6 played their entire career at OU.

So what you are saying is that NDSU advertises their QBs better then other schools

The post was on which QB's got drafted out of which schools. Not which drafted QB's drove through Oklahoma. This is what your post said: "Oklahoma has had 6 qb drafted ...." My god, what is wrong with you. You were wrong in what you posted initially. If you wanted to say how many QB's had played at OK at some point or another, you should have said that.
