God it's hilarious to see fans from a team that gave up a 50-spot come on and gloat about OUR loss. :lol: :lol:

I just thought you guys had such a rich history and such an awesome stadium that there was no way you'd lose to a BSC midling. And JJ is the second coming and all... What happened? Such a nice stadium....

Thanks for reminding me. I do feel better. At least we don't play in a hideous high school stadium. It could be worse I guess. I need to keep things in perspective. Again thanks former.

Our offense was the main reason for that ass kicking. NAU only earned 14 points on our Defense. NAU's defense kicked our ass hard. Where was the smash mouth runs? Where were quick slants, ins, and hook patterns? I'm not pissed about a loss, but pissed how badly we got our asses kicked.

Yep. Or pitches to get Canada and Van to the outside. It was repetitive. Which is bad since it didn't work the first five times. We had some drops too. All in all very limited offense plan and poor protection from the line. Hope this motivates the team for next week.

These are valid points, I don't think the offense plays to our O lines strength. They are large and better straight ahead blocking than blocking in space. Why we don't run right at smaller but quicker defenses like NAU, it's what we do best. That will open up play action. All the best high octane O's like Oregon have far better athletes than we do.

NDSU offense rams it down people's throats, we should do the same until someone forces us to change. Ram it>cute.

Reason for loss:
No QB protection or time to do much of anything, that falls on this MASSIVE O line we have. Not so much tonight, they looked outplayed and simply pushed around all night, WTF.
When we did have a glimmer of hope the fumble bug combined with two scoop and scores never let us get any momentum.
Defense:
Well they simply picked our secondary apart all night with a good combination of short passes and one of if not the best RB we will see all year. Some pretty shitty open field tackle attempts,also on the field too damn long to catch their breath because the offense could not get anything going.
Coaches:
Pretty lackluster game plan and from what I saw "NO" halftime adjustments. Overall we came out looking as flat as the finish on the new helmet and I consider it a TOTAL TEAM LOSS.
Hats off to NAU as they simply came in prepared and hungry for a win.
