I’m so confused. Was the PI actually a taunting? It was so late. As was the non-targeting.

Can’t trust the announcer to know the calls on the field.

I think so too on the taunt. Wouldn’t know for sure from the broadcast with no mic, no camera on the ref, and announcers apparently watching the broadcast from Costa Rica.
