Please let me know what top 50 recruit will come to Wisconsin

Teams like us have to manage expectations. I went to UVM (Vermont) for undergrad and that side of me is just happy to make the tourney.

Sam Dekker - 2012 probably is.

Bo gets a pretty fair number of top 150 recruits, however.

Brian Butch in 2003 has been Ryan's only McDonald's All American recruit, but Wisconsin has had some All Americans under Ryan including Devin Harris, Alando Tucker, and Jordan Taylor.

Ryan has stated he won't recruit a kid who has "people".

Yes, I know, I follow the team. Though I've seen some Dekker vids and well, I'm hopeful, but I will reserve judgement. Butch never came close to his billing.

At half Wayne was pissed because they were "settling for jump shots"and he wanted Will to get more aggressive. They only took 9 threes. Selvig was 1-2.
Badgers were 9-18.
I know Wiscy is good but and agree we had no ball movement, nobody catching and popping. I'm just pissed that we didn't make a good showing.

The Badgers had too many wide open shots, we didn't play with much energy. 5:22 left and we are walking up the court. Plus we let their shot clock run down every time. Grrrr... I thought Selvig played a decent first half though. Oh well, it was the end to a good year. Can't wait until Phlu season.

That Wisconsin for you. If you look at message boards after every game we win its stuff like, 'they aren't that great, we just played bad' or 'the (thankfully absent on this board) refs gave them the game'. It sucks playing us because we just do the same thing all the time on O and we get in your face on D and take away what you want to do on Offense. This was a bad match-up for the Griz from the beginning, but I thought Cherry would be a bigger factor. He really struggled with Taylor's strength, and that seemed to rattle him.

Good luck next year Griz.

PS I loved your bench and your team seemed to get along really well. Always nice to see that in todays 'me first' world.

well i thought wiscy looked great. i still think we're a good team and they put one on us, so kudos to the badgers. their d is very good. i think they'll get to the elite 8 easily. syracuse looks like a lost cause. that leaves vandy and ksu. interesting bracket.
