The Lost Season

Happy I don't have to hear the radio ad that said...The Griz are bigger... stronger... faster... than last years Big Sky championship team.

Too bad we lost the ESPN exposure would have been nice.

It was a rebuilding year, pure and simple. And nobody should underestimate the impact of losing Criswell and Mathews from last year’s team. Give Tinkle a chance to recruit - he’s off to a great start with Selvig, Qvale, etc.
 
The talent was there, they just were not a team. I don't know if it was anyone’s fault. They should have been able to get it together during a whole season and they didn't. It certainly isn't wrong to point fingers at the coaching as it is their job to put together a team. There might have been many factors that caused a problem we are not aware of. It is much too early to say the current coaches can't get it done. We will see what happens next year. I have confidence we will be seeing a lot different season.
