No, this is correct. But you're thinking backwards. Since they review the two teams' records against other teams in the conference standings in descending order, we want them to "get" to ISU before msu. That way, UM has a sweep and weber has a loss, so UM wins the tie-break.
In any event, it won't matter because the Griz are going to beat both mus and weeeeeeebs. :thumb:
