The IT factor.

Very successful coaches have IT. What is it? Some are reserved and more cerebral like John Wooden and Don Read. Others are fiery like Saban, Bobby Knight, and Jud Heathcote. Hard to describe or quantify, but what they all share in common a unique leadership quality that translates into Championships. Who do you think has or does not have IT?

I am thinking (hoping) Sean McVay has it. So far so good but still TBD.

it was a figure of speech, although perhaps he's in the same mold as our new UM President Seth Bodnar, who is giving up a multi-million $$ salary for the benefit of living in Missoula. Anyone know how to get hold of him?
