I totally agree but for different reasons. For me, it's not about fashionable or being a "contrarian", it's about how cocky and ridiculous some of the fans (the same ones who are throwing temper tantrums now) become when we are dominating. I love a win, especially a GREAT one (ie, Griz v. SDSU Jackrabbits in 2009) and will be heartbroken if we don't beat the Cats this year. But, those whose ego and personal sense of self-worth revolves around the success or failure of this team are absurd. (Disclaimer: a great season is worth all of that absurdity).
Also, what is sunshine without a little rain? How good will the next win feel because of the recent losses? My guess is we will find out this Saturday.
