The old e-griz machine needs topics to fill the time between now and Saturdays shocking Griz win. Here's some NDSU perspectives...

"It seems reasonable: North Dakota State fans watching the FCS playoffs unfold from their couches Saturday couldn't have been happier with the outcome in Missoula. No doubt the Bison players themselves cracked a smile when they saw the final score." ...( Really? The Griz are taking an extra duffle of smile removers to the FD!)
"Montana's 24-17 victory over South Dakota State in the first round of the postseason gives North Dakota State a chance for revenge. The team that handed NDSU its first loss of the season, just its fourth in a staggering 62 contests at that point, is now headed to the Fargodome with the season on the line." ...That's right, just the way it's been the last few games. Revenge goes both ways. The GRIZ wan't to prove their August win wasn't a "fluke"!

The game is on the road, where NDSU topped UM a year ago 22-10, and NDSU is brimming with extra motivation, still scorned by the happenings of Aug. 29. The Bison have also just enjoyed a week of rest while the Griz scraped their way by North Dakota State's rival in a taxing outcome this past weekend." ... Great! Then there'll be no excuses like last time. Plenty of time to heal and prepare. Some may consider the SDSU win "taxing", others, "Character building"!
