I hope the idiots who were criticizing Stitt for something this minor feel like total crap now. After knowing the reason behind the green hat, I like Stitt even more now. That is a great thing to do for a lost friend.

And those were the idiots I was referring to in my original post. Getting the vapors because he wore a green hat on the sidelines during the NDSU game...WAFJ.

It wasn't just the NDSU game... people still to this day were complaining about the green hat.

I don't think he was in Griz jail. I think he's finally back from a very busy spring taking care of the following:

- helping Trump get off to a good start in negotiating the Paris climate withdrawl
- finalizing plans with Richard Branson to become the first non-astronaut flown to space. He only has one more 20 day training session to become an actual astronaut though.
- hosting one of his many campus socials for all new Griz recruits in every sport imaginable including a barbecue for the national champions Griz hurling team
- lobbying for his spot on the new UM presidential nominating committee search
- wrapping up his new invention for Tesla which allows their cars to run on lawn clippings
- and finally serving as a Russian translator leading up to the arrest of the government contractor who leaked secret documents to the Intetcept..,, which he also owns and operates

Ironically, after coach Stitt's signature win over UNDSU, I got a giant Chinese symbol for green hat tattooed on my forearm. It turns out the symbol is actually the Chinese symbol for low blood pressure.
