I don't think Johnson tries to force things much. Yes, he does on occasion. One and maybe both of his picks were forced. However, in neither case was he hurried by Idaho, nor did he wait long to throw.
My view is the receivers need to catch more balls, and Johnson needs to hit more receivers. Most of his misses weren't because he and the receivers weren't on the same page. He just missed the throw.
Again, I don't see panic in Johnson. I see the opposite most of the time.
I didn't see any indication the receivers didn't know the play. On the goal line, Grossman, or someone, seemed to be surprised the ball was coming. That may have just been how he cut and turned.
