Well, the sun came up today. I hope all in Seattle travel home safely!

Back to work for the Griz. Hope they string together some very good days and weeks of preparation.

Just 2 weeks until conference play starting with a Griz beat down of ewu.

Time for the coaches to earn their paychecks.

At what point does Curran lose his starting job?

Leaders make plays.

While I agree in pricinciple....watching yesterday's game it wasn't just Curran (although his were more blatant because he went 1-4 with two horrible drops and the other he probably should have caught)...but there were several others....his issue just seems to be the most consistent.

When you have a coach like Stitt that doesnt value execution or possessing the ball you will never see a change with Curran or Phillips. It's losing football and it's never going to change under the current leadership of the program.

People that make excuses for losing football support the actions and enable the losing to continue.

Your post is illogical. Stitt placing value on ball possession increases the likelyhood Curran catches passes. WTF? Ok. I guess if you want run then all every single down - then sure. Phillips and Curran don't have to worry about playing catch.

What disrupts chemistry on the team more? Moving a player down the depth chart because of lack of execution or the lack of execution. Stitt sometimes comes across as a feel good kinda guy that refuses to change. I remember Bobby Hauck would sit down any player who fumbled. If Curran can't catch the ball(especially in critical situations) he should sit.

WTF are you watching? Phillips has forced only 1 pass in 2 games. He is certainly not to blame. He actually is playing solid. As for Curran, I do hope he can find his game. His drops were a problem last season, and are again. I hope he improves. I really would like to see more passes to Akem and Corbin.
