Yep. I heard the logic. I trusted the process and the people in leadership to make the right call. But at this point it is very obviously not sustainable in Montana weather. Even if it was still standing last night, it has proven to be an enormous headache.
Take your laugh react and get out.

They built what they could afford.
Show of hands. How many of you, who are regulars on egriz, were contacted by the AD’ office and asked to contribute to the original project?
Perhaps if they had cast a wider net and not been in such a hurry to have the first IPF in the state, more funds could have been raised.

You mean to tell me that an inflatable indoor practice facility (bubble) is this sensitive to the weather in Missoula. The weather in Missoula isn't anywhere near as bad as the weather in Minnesota and I've seen bubbles in Minnesota survive straight-line winds. I think the company that sold the bubble to UM needs to do a lot more to repair their reputation or they are likely to go out of business.

This is what I am thinking as well. I'm not so sure that the idea was all that bad, but the product seems inferior.
That's kind of what I was thinking. I know msu has a bubble on their campus that students use for intramurals and stuff. Have they had problems with their bubble? NDSU used to have a bubble before their new facility. Did they ever have problems? Perhaps we got a defective product.
There should be some sort of a threshold when it must be sent back for repairs in a certain period of time, the product is replaced or money is refunded. Seems like we got a lemon bubble.

Some on here may be old enough to remember going into the grocery store and all the generic items in nondescript white packaging with nothing but black letters that spelled elaborate words like "beer", "corn", and "crackers". I only wish the bubble was at this adequate level of quality.

I would offer to pay to fix it but UM will not get another dime from me until Haslam is gone. He is pure backstabbing scum. It is simply amazing he still has a job
