The Beasley Bros...

Just what they need! Griz are desperate for tiny guard depth! Bigs are set with the big sky and shelby kids......and if make can get another covid year for Mack.......watch out!

If he plays like his brother, I’ll take six more on the team! :thumb:

Jubrile Belo totally agrees with you guys! :thumb:

Who won the last cat/Griz game?
Beasley is a very good player and his brother would be a good addition to the team.

Griz won. Fortunately Owens hasn't transferred yet. Blakney's gone next year....probably Mack Anderson too.....DCH fouls out of every game because he has to guard out of position. Redshirts I see on the bench don't look big enough to replace even the undersized big men the Griz are likely losing after this season. Griz appear to have at least two guards recruited for next year and a bunch coming back. I know....one of the recruits grew a bunch and is now 6'7" or whatever.

I've watched the two MT kids signed to whatever agreement they have (Big Sky High walk on and Shelby HS player). Not that impressed.

Great if 2nd Beasely comes! Don't need six 5'10" guys though, and to be honest, I'm not sure our coaches agree.

Griz big man situation needs significant improvement. The guard situation looked fine before this offer.

There's this thing called the transfer portal that I'm sure the Griz will look to use to actively try to replace Blakney and Anderson if he chooses to leave. Rhett Reynolds will redshirt next year, the coaches aren't going to throw a true freshmen big man to the wolves and make him try and start a bunch of minutes next year. We'll get a big man for next year, regardless of if he comes from the portal or from JUCO.

Honestly, why does anyone even pay attention to, let alone engage with Mouse and his constant bitching and moaning?

Like you? :thumb:

I want the Griz to contend for conference titles and NCAA tourneys.

I'm aware or the following guards that may help to that end: Beasley 1, Whitney, Braggs, Parker (maybe), Vazquez (maybe), Martin, Wetzel, Beasley 2, Kriegmont, Kerr

I'm aware of the following guys taller than 6'5" that may help to that end: Bannan, Anderson (maybe) John Solomon (redshirt), Napp (true frosh the guard recruit who grew a bunch), Reynolds (true frosh)

My bad. Didn't realize having both guards and a post player were mutually exclusive.

Whoa Whoa WHOA!

Do you mean to sit here and suggest that a coaching staff can recruit both smaller guards AND big guys?!

Not all coaching staffs! Some prefer almost all guards with couple smaller big guys to get in foul trouble most games and pushed around a lot. And guards...preferable if they're not over 6'4".

Well boys lets just enjoy tonights game and we can get together for a beer in Boise next week.

I like TDs chances in the tournament. He seems to always have his team ready for big games and with no homecourt advantage any team can get hot and win it.
