I never felt inclined to look her up or ask anyone that I knew would know her identity who she was. It does not matter to me. She knew how much grief would come from this and she did what she thought was right. I don't know her and don't know her motivations. I know life is not going to get much easier for her or JJ in the near future. There is still a lot of healing to do. I am going to do my part by praying for their healing. That is all I can do.

Nobody knows what really happened in that bedroom? That's what forensic evidence is and there wasn't any to support her false claim. And OJ was a murder trial not a sexual assault. Hard to bash the family of a dead victim when the case was brought solely by a government prosecutor. And the prosecutors did take heavy backlash on the OJ case.
Doing what is right is releasing her name. Imagine you end up hiring/working with her and because you scold her for doing a shit job she decides to file false rape charges against you. Sexual harassment even? She already knows how the system works. She can correct her mistakes and screw you over permanently. She can be all, Oh I was raped once and lost the case so that's why I didn't report it until now because I didn't think anyone would side with me again. That's why a rape kit can't be used. That's why there's no sign of forced intercourse. You will lose your job based on accusations alone. Ostracized, ridiculed, and demonized in the community. And again, she will be protected, shielded, and suffer no consequences for doing it. And without evidence you'll probably go free. But you won't be working and will have to sell your possessions in order to live and pay the court costs of a defense. And you're ok with that?

i think i got your point, based on the evidence, but i don't know for sure.
My point in asking how long Jane Doe gets referred to as "victim" is the trial is over and her "accusations" of being a "victim" were not proven. Jane Doe is the accuser for sure but not proven to have ever been the "victim". Hense, I call bullshit to anyone calling her "victim" any longer.ilovethecats said:

Who cares about this crazy girl and her agenda, its over now. The evidence was laid bare in a court of law. There is no reason to feel sorry for her in my opinion. Her name may or may not come out but again, who cares. Forget about her and she gets no fame or glory for any reason.
