That was WAY too close!

I don’t see any reason as to why they wouldn’t at this point. It’s been a treat to see them both play, bummed to see Brady go down.

I’m sure you can see how they are different already. Brady has grown quickly at corner, and watching Brock get comfortable further from the LOS has been awesome. I’ve watched A LOT of football in my life, and there aren’t many players I have ever seen who can pursue and hunt down the ball carrier like he does. He stalks prey like a big Tom!
I have genuinely enjoyed watching them. It isn't often we see true freshmen get so many minutes, and you can see them growing every week!

My view is that the Griz have won every game and that has had nothing to do with stars lining up. They won with preparation, talent, toughness, physical play, determination, grit, heart, believing in each other, not getting rattled, making plays, and never giving up.
it didn't take the stars lining up, but it does take a little luck for most any team to be 10-0 in the fcs. sure, that 'luck' mostly consists of penalties being called or not, and all the home games. unless you want to count all the home games as being the product of organization-wide hard work.

True. The ball has to bounce right in some games, and can’t bounce wrong too many times in certain games. More often than not, the ball bounces better for good teams. Hauck often says that the mark of a good team is being able to win when the team isn’t playing its best game or even well. No team, no matter how good they are, plays great in every game.

Thanks for providing good info to us. Those boys are already good and will have great careers with the Griz. Glad they came here.
