just want to say a quick thanks to those who were sending positive thoughts and pulling for me during my recent surgical ordeal(s). i appreciate it greatly. this shit still isn't over, as i have a few weeks of home i.v. antibiotics as a precaution, but hopefully no more major procedures. again, thanks!

sorry mods, this is probably too political and belongs on the politics board, considering my contrarian nature and the argh! un-fan club on the board.
 
I must have missed the post where you mentioned this, but nonetheless glad you're doing ok. But I'm still new around here, so I have a lot to catch up on.

yes, but the patch keeping the wound together didn't last, and it blew up. then it blew up again, plus some. all i've got to say is choose your extension doctor wisely, make sure they include extra width, and don't use the damn thing too early.

you are welcome for this highly politicized advice, especially cat toilet guy.

Ugly nurses would help with the healing as well .

I don’t know what the surgery was for, but I hope the surgeon gave his/her best when his/her best was needed.
