How would you measure a teams’ or a coach’s success that came in guaranteeing DOLA and RTD and then finished 3rd, 4th and 6th in his last three seasons?

In fact 10 wins is very successful for most people. Only on eGriz is it not.

Height, or milkfat percentage. 66% milkfat is astronomical.

SInce 2010, they have been in the semifinals 5 times, played for two national titles, and won a national title.

And Hauck was not around for 7 of those years. We can cherry pick a starting year for the Griz too. Say 2000. And that increases Haucks percentages.

Ordigger, Thanks for your posting. I agree with what you said. Seems like their are a lot of unhappy people who post on eGriz. It almost feels like there are folks that project their own unhappiness and frustrations onto the Griz team or onto people who read eGriz.

Nope, surely you understand that teams don’t dominate forever. Even NDSU will fall eventually. My expectations have been the same for 50 years as a fan. I say the opposite is true, to many have unrealistic expectations

The hoopster will do anything to hijack any thread to deflect any criticism of Hauck and staff concerning their termination or potential for termination based on any performance measures whatsoever. He would rather talk about Britt's shorcomings and LJ's injuries because discussing coaching termination, or any performance measures that Hauck and staff should be held accountable for is simply to distressing for him. The fact that a new coach might not give him the time of day is way more important to a narcisist like PR than coaches meeting team and program goals.

His performance and 2 picks against NDSU, when we were down 1, took us out of the game. He had no shot at being the starter next season.

I think the two 10 win seasons were successful. This last year, not so much. We will see if 2023 is more like 2022 or 2021.

Thats fair. Lets just look at Best and Bobby. They both became head coaches at EWU and UM one year apart (2017) (2018). Best went to the national championship in his second year and has more playoff wins. Bobby against Eck, Taylor, and Vigen. He is 1 and 4 and Eck, Taylor, and Vigen all went to the playoffs their first year as head coaches at their respective schools. Bobby went 6-5 including a horrible loss to Portland State, at home. Viden took his team to the national title game. Hill at Weber was hired in 2013. By 2017, he won his first of multiple Big Sky conference championships and in 2019 led his team to the semifinals.

Bobby 1 had success because he would bring in any one. Coleman Shelton Pate Freeman Parks. Those days are gone and Bobby two can't bring in criminals.
I've never liked the run first offense and that mentality without a top notch oline is just naïve. Most of the posters here love bobby and bobby ball. They blame an assistant coach for poor offensive live play. It just makes no sense to me.
