Termination

Personally I don’t see Germer going anywhere. Logically it makes no sense. He arguably has his best OL recruits for this season plus a rumored transfer, and his entire line returning (if Walker gets waiver), plus he was actively involved with those new recruits.

Does anyone actually believe he would then be removed and a new OL coach brought in? What message would that send to the recruits. Thus I give him a 95% chance of staying.

Who is this rumored transfer?

Yes by all means, we should keep sending the message that subpar coaching for close to a decade is the answer ;)

All we are saying is give Pease a chance.

Clever pun but nope... the guy is a part of the problem, not the solution. He's widely accepted to be both arrogant and verbally abusive to his players. He also burned bridges at every major job he's had. This is more of the same.

Germer and Rosy gone. Peace OC. Tim Hauck new DC.

Heard this 10 days ago, but also heard Germer is not gone, Rosey reassigned/demoted. Baer/Sacks retired. So until officially confirmed it’s still a guessing game.

Sacks too? Man, I know he's old, but I love that guy. Absolute gold. I love his intensity. I'm not saying it isn't time, but dang, I wish he would've told me! hahaha.

No love here but I just couldn’t pass this up.

...pease has the uncanny ability...
...put an f-bomb in the middle of a f-bomb...
...not many have achieved this level of f-bomb usage...

One needs to take a lesson from Kenny Rogers and "Know when to fuc this fucing bullshit, know when to tell them to fucoff, know when to get the fuc out of Dodge..."

Hmmm. Always enjoy your stuff Zen. Not being critical of it. This topic has me a little perplexed. Abusive was mentioned in another post. What is abuse at this point? The F bomb being used too much, kids getting yelled at or cross looks that show the coach is unhappy with a player? Seriously, you probably just described 90% of coaches at some point in time. Now, if this is standard operating procedure for Pease and he needs to tone it down, then it is Bobby’s job to counsel him on his behavior. Simple fix really OR he can hit the road. His understanding of the game is superior to many and I think he will turn the offensive production around - IF BH lets him. That is the real question. Now for the rest of you who don’t like his language, ———— off.

Germer will be staying and not due to his success. Big mistake by Bobby if he wants to win it all, but he never has been wrong in his own mind. Bobby to Bobby Lesson 1: surround yourself with guys that no one really wants so they will stay and do anything you tell them just to keep a job even if they disagree or know better Lesson 2: suck up to jock sniffing boosters that crave the "inside guy" feeling because they will keep you safe. Little do they know they are being played and are not really buddies. Lesson 3: Remember everything you do is for you and that is because you are the most intelligent, important person in the world and your "followers" will help to squash anyone that goes against you in any form. Lesson 4: DO NOT repeat DO NOT be open with the fans, keep everything as secret as possible that way any little nugget of info you want to share can be handed out to the suck ups like a little treat/reward to further condition their behavior (ala Operant conditioning....B.F. Skinner) Lesson 5: Tell what you are going to do over and over so they will believe it, if it isn't happening, just make excuses and spin it to give you another year it will satisfy those supporters since they crave your attention more than wins Lesson 6: Rinse and repeat it is working out for you
