If you think it's Becker and Fagan, you still don't know who it is. This group was Seals & Crofts. Two of the ugliest guys to every play a note.

I wasn't saying that picture was of Steely Dan. I was merely adding a comment to the previous post of where the group name of Steely Dan originated. I knew the picture was of Seals & Crofts. I have always been amused by the way musical groups come up with their names.

For example, can you name the group that took its name with a word play from the two leading brands of cigarette rolling papers - Zig Zag & Top?

Or can you name the group that came from an inspiration that came to musician Syd Barrett as he read the album liner notes to a 1962 Muddy Waters album and noticed the names Pink Anderson and Floyd Council next to each other?
