Hopefully this will energize the team and , more importantly make them realize in a moments time bad decisions not only weigh heavy on yourself but those around you. Hope these three seize this moment.

Bottom line is the right decision by the committee was made.....moving on.

I have only read the 1st page here, but felt I should post before reading more. I don't care who you are, athlete, or just a student, this incredibly irresponsible and stupid. If I were Stitt, I would dismiss all 3 from the team immediately!!! WTF? Your team just got it's handed to them, instead of caring about your teammates and asking yourself what can I do better for my team? You are out in the early morning hours making stupid ass decisions!!!! As of being out early is not bad enough, deciding to take part in an attempted burglary take stupidity and irresponsibility to an all new level!!!

This is an opportunity for Stitt to make a big statement to his team and community. He needs to make the statement loud, and let these guys go!!!

A 1 game suspension is within the range of fairness ... most can live with that penalty and more on. :|

Don't get me started on the Missoula PD, City of Missoula's Prosecutor's Office, other private and public entities! :evil:

I should have used the "what if" side of things. I just get so upset and disappointed when I hear of any athlete or celebrity get in trouble. It is magnified when it is with the team I am passionate for. Moving forward, I do hope Coach Stitt and the powers to be do make stricter policies for any kind of misbehavior, bad judgement, and bad decisions. I will always feel what the 3 did was of no common sense and stupid. I also am disappointed in the fact they were out at a party that late during the season. To me, that is letting your teammates down and not very good leadership.

Just happy nobody was hurt and these guys are not in more trouble.

I have a question maybe someone can help me with. I read they thought they were going into a construction site??? But people were obviously living there. And wasn't their reason to steal some beer??? I work in the development industry and never have I seen a construction site where I thought to myself...I'm gonna get some beer outta that. Or found someone living in it. Will someone explain with more detail?
