Travon Van Summary

High school, Offense: Running back (SR: 1,237 rushing, 311 receiving)
High school, Defense: Cornerback (50 tackles, 7 interceptions)
A 4-star recruit at Florida in 2010.
Florida's 2010 recruiting class was considered the best in the country, and one of Florida's all-time best.
Recruited as an "athlete" and expected to play cornerback and possibly wide receiver or running back.
Van could not get into Florida because of academics.
Took summer classes at Marshall and qualified there.
2010: Redshirt
2011: Was the second leading rusher (total yards) for Marshall.
2012: Moved to cornerback, even though the leading rusher was out with knee surgery.
. . . . Marshall lost a 4-star CB in 2011.
