My father in law, who is 52, suffered a severe stroke 6 months ago...
His wife and himself are Cats fans and are now watching every Griz game rooting for Sully.
What an inspiration this kid is.

I am both impressed and amazed. A young athletic man having a stroke is just a shock. I haven't read the details, but that is a serious thing to happen. I wonder if it was injury-induced or one of those "one in a million" things that happens. My Mom was a stroke victim. It is amazing to see him come back -- want to come back -- and play "the game," and very successfully be able to do so.

My Grampa, the guy that took me to Griz games growing up suffered a stroke and was never the same. They are just a scary scary thing and for a young kid to be able to fight back and play college ball is amazing.
