Apparently the guy paralyzed in the LV brawl involving one-half of the former TNA World Tag Team Champions has really gone off the deep end by including the NFL and the Tennessee Titans in his civil suit against Pacman. I'm not sure how valid this is. First, the police have preferred no charges against Pacman alleging that he was the one behind the gun. Second of all, given that Jones was on his own time, I fail to see how the Titans, much less the NFL, have any culpability in this. The plaintiffs are claiming a failure to do due dilligence. I really don't see how this is going to fly, especially given Nevada's laws restricting lawsuits against employers over the actions of employees on their off-time.
