Student section

Also with campus closed on Tuesday for Election Day I suspect a fair amount of kids headed home for Mom's and/or Dad's cooking and laundry services.

I sit next to the student section. For the last 2 home games there was security at the top asking for tickets for the student section. As soon as anyone sat in the student section more security came over and asked to see their tickets again. Lots of people were turned away. Signs showed up on the new railings at the same time saying only students are allowed in the student section. I've had the same seats for almost 15 years, never seen this happen before.

Anybody notice the number of televisions at tailgates? There's lots of reasons why this game was lightly attended. Let's not get too carried away.
 
How rumors become fact. The section was roped off. No-one without a student ticket and student ID were allowed in. Saw one older couple with tickets in not allowed to sit there. Were told this policing action and rope off was a trial run for that section will be the Bobcat ticket section at the Brawl. In previous years, many could not be seated because there were no seats open and the people sitting there refused to give them up. Said they would not let it happen again.

No doubt security has been "present". I sit in the Terrace area and noticed Mark Mariani being asked to show his credentials. A Grizzly Legend asked for credentials :lol: I'm sure the guy had no idea but wow :shock:

Royce is to blame for:

Not allowing sky jumpers.
Lack of people in the stands on Saturdays.
Drinking wine, beer and high test in the Presidents box.
Our boring offense!
Music played for/during the national Anthem.
Keeping old students out of the student section.
Jordy being expelled before he could say a word.
MD
High cost of bottled water at the games.
Lack of replays on the big board!
Tailgaters taking up good parking spaces (to drink beer)
Losing at Cal Polly.
Allowing the female president of msu to beat UM at gaining new students.
Not making a great big deal out of the Washington family donating millions of dollars to UM!
Speaking of Washington, they donated without our president even asking!
The dumb adds rolling along at the games.
Keeping the UM golf Course.
Just about everything else. Including the lack of a hangover after the game from not consuming enough alcohol.
