Streaming Options 2019 for Out of Staters

Last year AT&T had a $15/mo option for Altitude that included Root Sports for my area of Texas. The stream and quality was first class. Will this be available for 2019? What is the cost to stream the Oregon game this year?

I cut the cord on cable TV about 10 yrs ago and don't plan on getting cable again. If its not available I'll just read about FB results in the Missoulian the following day after a game.

Let me know your suggestions.

I think the direct now is the best approach but you only need it for two months from sept 28th to nov 23rd. The rest except the Ore game are for free on Pluto. Not sure on how much for Ore but you may get a free week.

DirecTV does not carry the Pac 12 network. So, you will have to either find a carrier that does or pay for the internet stream to watch Oregon.

Grizpsych,

University of Oregon doesn't have a direct streaming option. Sling TV and Fubo TV carry the Pac 12 channels in my area of Texas. Both have a 7 day trial periods. Sling is charging $25/month + $5 for the Pac 12 channel and Fubo is charging $54.99/month + $8.99 for the PAC 12 channel. Otherwise, one has to be a cable TV subscriber and this subscriber has to carry the PAC channel - like Dish, Spectrum, etc. Most of Griznation will have a problem viewing this game. Like you said DirectTV doesn't carry the PAC 12 channel as yet. I was told Direct TV may carry it by start of 2019 FB season. It is being beta tested as I write this post.

I plan on using www.attwatchtv.com again this year. Their Audience channel carried all of last year's Griz (Root) games. It costs $15/month and one doesn't need a 2 year contract. It is month-to-month. This option doesn't have ESPN or ESPN2 or the Pac 12 channels. Video and audio was excellent.

If this doesn't work I'll try www.DirectTVNow.com. This also carries the Audience channel which may also have Root Sports/Griz games. This program has ESPN and ESPN2. It costs $50/month and has $15 off for the first 2 months. It doesn't carry Pac 12. Again, one doesn't need to have a year or multi-year contract for use.

Finally, I'll use Pluto and/or Griz All Access when available.

If anyone has any better options please let us out of staters know about them.

Reddit usually streams all the games. been doing that to watch my Phillies play all year, have only missed a couple games due to prior commitments.

Hawkey,
Never been on Reddit. I thought it as a national chat room. What community or sub community on the site would you find a Griz game? Can you watch a game "real time" or does one have to wait a day/week for someone to post it on the site?

Nice to know about the AT&T option. I was going to switch to DirecTV Now, but might just look into the ATT option.

I'm sure he's talking about subreddits that post links to streams of games, which are not technically legal. Just an FYI, do you what you want.
