watching a game between two teams with no chance at the playoffs, with one of them being the griz, feels very strange.
 
If Montana wins out they will be eligible for the playoffs. "No chance" isn't exactly accurate. They would probably need some help though in addition to winning out.

Your statement is factual, but the fact that it is makes me ill.
 
I think if we blow out the spuds and the scats we get a playoff game. Lots of other teams are losing so that helps.

I have not made a full count recently, but there are already a staggering number of supposedly-good 4-loss teams. Specifically, the CAA and MVFC conferences are beating each other's brains out. The chances are damn slim, but I too would quibble a bit with the notion of "no chance" for a 7-4 Griz team. Getting to that is, of course, not a given.

I feel like it would be stranger to watch a game that wasn't between two teams, but pot is legal here now so maybe it would kind of cool.
