I think it's funny how griz nation is always so quick to point out that "ya, but all he had to work with was super smart engineers" when in reality it very well may be that the reason he was relatively successful at CSM is BECAUSE he had a football team full of super smart kids that were able to process his system quickly, make smart decisions quickly, and run that offense to a T. Pssst, I watched the player interviews and one thing's for sure - your grizzlies this year certainly aren't going to be confused with a bunch of Rhodes Scholars anytime soon. :lol: Plus it's not like there aren't a bunch of engineer types that aren't ALSO damn good athletes.

God you are an idiot. Do you realize that spread offenses like his are actually less complex than most pro-style systems? This is why spread QB's have often not been successful in the NFL. This is why every QB teams like Oregon and West Virgina have had have success. You just think it's more complicated because it looks different. These offenses are very easy to learn compared to other systems. You have to be some kind of stupid to think the quality of athlete he could recruit at CSM was the reason they won some games. He finally has receivers who can run

Serious question. First game, last game, ANY game? The Griz beat the number 1 ranked Cats -- at home. I realize that your team wasn't actually a #1 ranked team at the time.
