Not sure about the title of this thread....Stitt's Ego/Inflexibility? He is the head coach and responsible for the team and all decisions, much like a CEO. Rarely, does the boss get credit when good things happen, however, he gets credit for all of the bad things that happen. When he makes decisions, some say he isn't flexible, but since he is the boss, he has to make those decisions and many can't turn out good. It is normal for critics to say a decision maker has a big ego because he has the courage to make the decisions, not to mention the talent.
Stitt took over a team that had little talent in certain areas and probably would have finished in the middle of the pack, no matter who was coaching the team. Let's give him a couple more years of recruiting and coaching before we pass judgment.
