Stitt vs Ty (the first matchup)

Well for starters there is a lot more to it than just Bob and Ty. The team the Griz put on the field in mid-November will be far superior to the one Ty faced in practices last year. On the flip side the defense Ty will lead against the Griz this year will be far inferior to the Griz team he led last year. I feel strongly that Bob is the superior coach and will have some new wrinkles for Ty. The Griz offense should be hitting on all cylinders for the final game of the regular season and will crush the bobkittie's defense at home in WaGriz. This year will be the first Griz-Cat game for my 10-yr-old son and in all my years of driving the 621 miles out to Missoula from Sidney I have never had to drive home after a loss..and I don't plan on starting this year. Bob wins this one BIG TIME! BANK ON IT!

So you missed the 2010 and 2012 games apparently?

Uhhh....what the hell does 2010 and 2012 have to do with 2016. Not one player from this year's Griz or bobkitties team set foot on the field in either the 2010 or 2012 games and Coach Stitt wasn't even in the state of Montana. How do either of those games factor in to this year's matchup? The fact is the 2016 version of the Griz promises to be further along than last year's team that blew the shit out of your kitties...and the 2016 version of your pussycats simply has too much change in term of personnel, systems and coaching to be considered a significant improvement over last years team. The Griz are gonna plant a 50-Burger on your sorry ass. BANK ON IT!

I'm pretty sure the first match up between Stitt an Gregorak was after the Portland State game last year. Gregorak was handed a career altering loss.

In this matchup Bob Stitt has the clear advantage. The score would be even worse if this game were played early in the year. The Cats simply have too many hurdles to overcome early. I still see the Griz winning by 4 scores.

The Wombats are going to be playing out from the bottom of their nuclear crater. Too many changes and too much baggage on the changes. It's going to take the Bats a couple of years to tune that engine and get all the tires the same size.

From what I heard when we talk about last years defense we really shouldn't refer to it as "Ty's Defense". Rumor has it that he was simply signaling in the calls and nothing more. Once the Caly Poly game was over he was simply a figure head that begrudgenly did as he was told.
