Well this sucks for NAU.

Stitt was mediocre, and I was hoping for Bobby to join his son in Flagstaff. Now with Campos hightailing it to San Antonio, Jacks are behind the eight ball.

Stitt is available.

But then the article goes on to talk about other people up for the job so it's a little confusing.

Agreed. I think it will happen fairly quickly, though SDSU is headed to a bowl game, so Hauck's season there will run through Xmas. Hopefully, Green and Germer can hold it together, because while the fans hated Stitt, I'm hearing that the backlash from the team is on this is NOT PRETTY.

This is what I’m afraid of. Hopefully Jensen sticks around and we retain Robinson at QB. Will be interesting to see who goes

If we're not going to be patient with Stitt, we shouldn't be patient with anyone else. Fair is fair.

I think Stitt's attitude towards a lot of things is why so many were not patient. I don't think he ever fit in. Very subjective, yes, but that is what I am hearing from people.

Year 1: Make the playoffs. Semi-finals minimum or the 'For Sale' signs will be pulled out.
Year 2: Win the whole damn thing.
Year 3: Win it again, going undefeated this time.

That's my issue as well. Truth is, Stitt never had a chance from day 1 on many levels. It's interesting, I know a lot of coaches that I've talked to about coaching the Griz, and they have all said in a way..."no chance". Those are the reasons right there. Griz are not LSU, Notre Dame, Alabama, etc no matter who thinks it's the case.

Just talked to Hammer as he was leaving for work ,the dude is going to be shit faced in about an hour . I think he was carrying a rack of PBR

I was on the fence with stitt prior to the loss to MSU, but afterwards felt something needed changed. I’m glad that hauck s likely on his way back! The players that don’t stay wouldn’t likely survive hauck, and if that’s the case, they didn’t belong at UM anyway. Hope the teams prepared for the kick in the nuts hauck will be if he does come back. The let’s just have fun attitude will be gone and replaced by a very business like approach to every game again.

Well if Hauck is hired, the backlash will be huge because of what Bobby expects in the locker-room and on the field. Players will have to look in the mirror because it looks like the on-field results were the determining factor in getting their coach fired.
