Stitt fired

Yep, Cat fans are disappointed he is gone. Yes, I am sure there are some that are,but even Cat fans did not like Kermit the Frog Stitt. Good luck with your new hire. I am sure it will be a big improvement. As a Cat fan, seeing the Griz play without any swagger or edge over Stitt's tenure was a real eye opener. I figured he would not be around long. He was way out of step with Griz culture.

Stitt has brought the talent to the missoula community college but failed to instill that blue collar killer instinct... his scheme lends itself to be skillfull but soft / non physical. Hauck would definitely fix that in a hurry. Would make for some damn good brawls in the future.

So Bobby and Pease called to say they were interested in the job. Just exactly what does that mean??

Not sure but "Less than 48 hours after the Griz football team suffered a 31-23 loss, MSU’s first win in Bozeman since 2005, Skyline Sports confirmed Stitt’s firing and Hauck’s hiring through multiple unattached sources on Monday afternoon." sounds pretty good.

But then the article goes on to talk about other people up for the job so it's a little confusing.

I think it's just about going through motions .
I'd say 95 % sure it Hauck from rumblings I'm hearing

I am hearing the same.

Agreed. I think it will happen fairly quickly, though SDSU is headed to a bowl game, so Hauck's season there will run through Xmas. Hopefully, Green and Germer can hold it together, because while the fans hated Stitt, I'm hearing that the backlash from the team is on this is NOT PRETTY.

I ask again......"Less than 48 hours after the Griz football team suffered a 31-23 loss, MSU’s first win in Bozeman since 2005, Skyline Sports confirmed Stitt’s firing and Hauck’s hiring through multiple unattached sources on Monday afternoon." Is Bob Hauck the new coach???

The story was amended to read:

Less than 48 hours after the Griz football team suffered a 31-23 loss, MSU’s first win in Bozeman since 2005, Skyline Sports confirmed Stitt’s non-renewal through multiple unattached sources on Monday afternoon.

sounds like you may know something that's not quite official though....eh?

Misprint. Amended to say: Less than 48 hours after the Griz football team suffered a 31-23 loss, MSU’s first win in Bozeman since 2005, Skyline Sports confirmed Stitt’s non-renewal through multiple unattached sources on Monday afternoon.

Wow. I am shocked.

Guess those that said Haslam had no balls need to rethink things....

Not sure Haslams balls has anything to do with it. I think donor money did the talking. Kem was on the most accurate track
No TCC and Alpha told us this would happen on MaroonBlood since before the Eastern game. They nailed it.
A broken clock is right twice a day. Alpha throws so much sh!t against the wall some is bound to stick. The majority does not. Just saying.....
Wrong, the actual Alpha is damn close to 100% when he posts in the 37 Club. It's his friends that does bull craps around to be idiots. He and TCC nailed this month's ago with Hauck coming back

Well if Hauck is hired, the backlash will be huge because of what Bobby expects in the locker-room and on the field. Players will have to look in the mirror because it looks like the on-field results were the determining factor in getting their coach fired.

At least he can't bring back Phenicie...

Plz do not speak that name on this site...

If it is Bobby, I wouldn't be surprised if he makes a run at Matt Troxel, I know he thinks highly of him.

This is true. Believe it or not, he likes Mike Kramer as well.

Me too!!! Looks like it will fall right in line with my fantasy football drafting.....  :thumb: :thumb:

Actually Stitt would be a great fit for NAU. Can you imagine his offense with Cookus at that high elevation in Flagstaff? Plus 7-4 will get your a lifetime contract.

If you are right and it is Hauck you must not be excited. I recall you not being a Hauck fan
