If Thomson is out for any of the remaining games, Sac could easily lose any and all that he doesn't play in. Facing NAU, Idaho and UC Davis without Thomson suddenly makes Sac's road to the playoffs a lot more dicey.

that's what everyone said about Sneed.

At least on initial observation watching the game last night, their backup QB is not yet playing like Cam Humphrey.

to be fair, I don't see too many 2nd string qb's playing as well as Cam played the last two weeks. But, remember how he looked when he was thrown in the fire when sneed went down.

Also, I think Sac's coaching staff is good enough to adjust.

And their defense will keep them in games.

They definitely need Thomson to make a run in the playoffs, though.

What I saw last night makes me think that Thomson is a lot more integral to Sac’s success than Sneed is to ours. Their backup made some really head-scratching decisions last night.

I’m not saying they will lose those games, but they definitely can.
