Stadium Question ,what are they

Sorry I'm not good at posting pictures but all around WGS there are these half round rectangular objects about two feet long. The ones by the bleachers are white, and the ones in front of and above the windows to the press boxes are painted maroon to blend in. They have electrical connections going to them but don't appear to be either speakers (although that's kind of what they look like) nor are they lights. Just curious, I asked one of the ushers and he also wondered what they were for. Sorry slow news day

I wonder if they might be the cellular antenna installed this summer to improve cell service in Wa-Griz.
