If the weather is decent, I think 30 points will win this game.
If it's bad weather, 20 points is the magical number.

Where have you been? Wortham gets most of his touches on offense, rushing and receiving.Since he primarily returns kicks, I hope he has one.
Did you actually read the thread?Where have you been? Wortham gets most of his touches on offense, rushing and receiving.
Can they not afford heat in the sdsu athletic department?
If they don't use it they don't have to provide them. SDSU must have thought it was an advantage. Can they not afford heat in the sdsu athletic department?
He was pissed because his weak ass attempt to catch a poorly thrown ball resulted in a pick 6 costing the griz the game.Anyone else think Wortham is going to erupt this weekend?
He is pissed after the cat game...he and KAY are going to absolutely shred the jacks.
Over / Under on Wortham total touches? I'll set it at 15
Cats are suddenly an expert on the forward pass after 1 year with an actual QB in about 10 + years. Hilarious. GTFOHHe was pissed because his weak ass attempt to catch a poorly thrown ball resulted in a pick 6 costing the griz the game.
Another Jeff or friend of Jeff post. Just pure stupidityHe was pissed because his weak ass attempt to catch a poorly thrown ball resulted in a pick 6 costing the griz the game.
Hey, Tommy was good at throwing trash....Cats are suddenly an expert on the forward pass after 1 year with an actual QB in about 10 + years. Hilarious. GTFOH
Yea Tommy was terrible.Hey, Tommy was good at throwing trash....
Nobody said he was terrible and he’s cemented himself as one of if not the greatest player in MSU history. On the flip side he was a RB playing QB. He threw a lot better in year 4 when they didn’t use him like a battering ram and beat the shit out of him. Which is why he’s not on a roster at the moment. Lingering hip injury. Also the same issue with Andersons career. Use and abuse these guys and wear the treads down to nothing.Yea Tommy was terrible.
But weren't the cats supposed to be ass without him?
So let me summarize this. Tommy was a RB but the cats used him as a QB but used him to run the ball too much? Same story with Andersen? That's why Andersen is hurt this year and why Tommy didn't make an NFL roster?Nobody said he was terrible and he’s cemented himself as one of if not the greatest player in MSU history. Also, everyone including bobcat fans expected a step back this year after Tommy’s departure. Lamson has been great for you guys and if not for some transfer issue was going to be in the FBS this year. Congrats on such a win in the transfer portal.
And the cats are ass with or without Tommy if you haven’t paid attention. It’s just what cats are.![]()
Almost no Griz thought the USC guy would start over Ah Yat. At least no Griz poster who understood football or had any contacts with the program. You are just taking stuff said by a few people, some of whom are idiots, and making big deal of them. For example, I never said any of those things. Why don't you look at what the top dozen or so good and frequent Griz pointers said?So let me summarize this. Tommy was a RB but the cats used him as a QB but used him to run the ball too much? Same story with Andersen? That's why Andersen is hurt this year and why Tommy didn't make an NFL roster?
The cats just got lucky that a QB dropped out of the sky and saved their season this year?
I remember the narrative being that lambson had never really started much anywhere and the griz had a guy coming from USC that was going to light up the BSC. Do you remember all those gems of wisdom?
Paraphrase and contextualize all you want, but just be honest. You tailored your whole offense because he was a RB taking snaps. Still one of the most impressive players in Big Sky history. So let me summarize this. Tommy was a RB but the cats used him as a QB but used him to run the ball too much? Same story with Andersen? Beat the hell out of players? Can you please explain what you mean? This is football correct? Eli Gilman was hurt for long stretches. Does that mean your program beat the hell out of him? Are you talking about rushing attempts? Gilman has had ~560+ rush attempts and Tommy had 488 in two more total games. Tommy has had less attempts per game than Gilman. If Tommy was abused than Gilman was abused.Paraphrase and contextualize all you want, but just be honest. You tailored your whole offense because he was a RB taking snaps. Yes your program was willing to beat the hell out of guys to the detriment of their future. Anderson 18, 19, 21, Ifanse in 21, Tommy in 22-23. Do you think the griz would be better off if we ran Gilman 30 times a game instead of splitting reps with 2 other backs the last couple years? Has he stayed healthy? Has Vigen starting in 2024 made a choice to not lean so heavily on one individual, yes. Has that made you a better and healthier team come playoff time, yes.
I didn’t state Lamson dropped out of the sky or that the cats were lucky. I acknowledged he’s been great, but merely stated he was committed to an FBS program and if it weren’t for a clerical issue, he wouldn’t be there. He is clearly an FBS talent, and maybe you guys would be better because your backups are better than starters anyways. Who knows? When was the last time you guys had a QB with a performance like that in WaGriz from a QB? Lulay when he ended the streak? Not sure his 2 performances were better than what we saw from Lamson 2 weeks ago.
As hoops stated, where did anyone claim a USC transfer that was never better than 3rd string was going to come wreck the league. We knew QB was an unknown heading into the season and most of the fanbase knew what was going to happen heading into the season after last year and KAY’s injury in spring ball and Jensen looking serviceable. There was a lot of shakiness early in camp from both as well.
You also understand why we think you guys are absolutely delusional the way you trip on your d!#%s about things.
So Tommy had 488 attempts listed in the stat sheets, how many times did he get hit running the option in the plus 1 game Another 300? We are not talking designed run here for every snap. Then he was expected to sit in the pocket and take shots while trying to deliver the ball.Beat the hell out of players? Can you please explain what you mean? This is football correct? That's a pretty stupid argument. You're saying your best players shouldn't have the ball in his hands until they can stop him. A feature running back in a run heavy offense can see 250 attempts per year easy. Tommy was never even close to that
Of course they are. That’s just our luckSDSU starting RT Hagen is back on the depth chart, as is their best LB Van Tol. This is the healthiest SDSU has been since before NDSU. NDSU played thes guys without 4 of their best players, at least 3 of which will be back for UM, including the QB. This Saturday will be a battle
